The Y1 class did a fantastic job presenting their assembly to the whole school and y1 parents and carers. The children explained that May is the month of Mary, a special time for Catholics. They talked about why Mary is special and the example she sets to say yes to God's plan and show love to others. All the children were amazing! They were so clear in their message and we really enjoyed their songs, including singing the Hail Mary with sign language. Well done Y1 class!
