Sports Day
After the success and feedback from parents and children, we have once again booked the E.I.S. for St.Wilfrid’s Sports Day on Monday 21st May 2012. Due to the Olympics this year all sports venues have raised their costs so this year we will be asking for a contribution of £2 per child which will be collected by their class teacher nearer the time.
INSET Day and Day in Lieu for QUEEN’S JUBILEE
Please note there is an INSET Day on Wednesday 14th March 2012. Also, Monday 11th June 2012 is an additional holiday in lieu of the Queen’s Jubilee. These may not have appeared on any old calendars you may have.
New School Kitchen
Work had now begun on our new school kitchen. The kitchen will (if all goes to plan) be up and running shortly after February half term. We will keep you informed of the progress.

The school photographer will be taking photographs for the whole school on Thursday 29th March
New Sports Hall Plans Approved!
Planning has been approved for our new Sports Hall.
